“Dobropalyvo” by WOG and Visa: How to Support PDMSh with Fuel

A charity initiative called “Dobropalyvo” has been launched across the WOG filling station network in partnership with Visa. For the fourth time, anyone who wishes can “suspend” fuel for volunteers, charities, and medics who save lives and deliver aid to front-line regions. Part of the collected fuel will be directed to support PDMSh.

The goal of the initiative is to provide fuel for organizations involved in evacuating people, delivering humanitarian aid, and providing medical support in front-line areas. For PDMSh, this is first and foremost an opportunity to carry out uninterrupted medical evacuations and transport wounded soldiers to stabilization points and hospitals.

How to join the “Dobropalyvo” initiative

Every driver can purchase any amount of “Dobropalyvo” — either in liters or for a chosen sum. You can do this in several ways:

  • At a WOG station checkout: tell the cashier that you want to “suspend” fuel for humanitarian missions.
  • Via WOG PAY BOX: select the “Charity” section on the self-service terminal and purchase liters or specify an amount.

All charitable liters paid for with Visa cards are automatically doubled. This means that every payment you make with a Visa card turns into twice as much support for those who need it. The campaign runs from November 3 to December 14.

Why this matters for PDMSh

PDMSh evacuation vehicles operate on the front line every day. That means hundreds of runs and thousands of kilometers on the road — often under fire, in difficult conditions, with no right to stop. For us, fuel is not just a resource. It is the ability to reach the wounded in time, pick them up, and bring them to hospital alive.

By supporting “Dobropalyvo,” you help those who save lives at the front to be in the right place at the right moment.

The war continues. Resources are limited. Sadly, there are still wounded. Support the PDMSh volunteers who carry out medical evacuations and save lives every day. Every liter is someone’s chance.
