Financial Reporting Bloc

PDMSh is a transparent and responsible team. Your trust in us is our main asset. Therefore, every year since 2022, we have not only reported to government agencies but also undergone an international audit with the open-access results published in a timely manner. Crowe—our auditing company—has one of the 10 largest audit networks in the world. Since April 2024, we have decided to report our monthly revenues and expenses, divided by the targeted expenditures.

Your Support Saves Lives

For over 9 years of working on the frontlines, PDMSh has never received any budget funds from either the Ukrainian or foreign governments. PDMSh exists solely on donations from individuals and private companies. We are beyond grateful to our partners, benefactors, and all the caring people who have been supporting the PDMSh for the last ten years. Each hryvnia (dollar, euro, etc.) donated is converted into a saved life. Join our mission by becoming our partner!

FAQ
How to Establish a Partnership with PDMSh?

For legal entities keen on providing continuous support to the PDMSh, establishing a partnership is a straightforward process. Simply complete the partner form and await a response, or feel free to reach out to us directly.

What Legal Weight Does a Partnership with the PDMSh Carry?

The partnership is formalised through a legally binding agreement—either a Memorandum of Partnership or a Partnership Agreement—outlining the mutual obligations of both parties, including providing support to the PDMSh and submitting reports detailing the assistance received.

Can My Company Designate a Specific Donation Campaign to Receive Its Funds?

Absolutely. Our website offers both a generally designated donation campaign that covers the PDMSh's ongoing expenses, as well as targeted fundraising campaigns that fulfil a specific goal, which might focus on acquiring equipment such as a SHERP all-terrain vehicle specially adapted for frontline medical use. The choice of which initiative to support rests entirely with your company. We guarantee that targeted donations are used exclusively to address the needs outlined within the corresponding fundraising campaign for the PDMSh.

How Does PDMSh Allocate Funds It Receives?

Comprehensive information regarding the latest public donation campaigns for the PDMSh, alongside other reports and international audits conducted on the organisation, can be found in the "Reports" section of our website.

How Does PDMSh Conduct Its Reporting?

The PDMSh is committed to transparency and accountability. We value your trust immensely. As a testament to this commitment, we have not only submitted reports to relevant government bodies since 2022 but have also undergone annual international audits. The results of these audits are made publicly available. Crowe—a globally recognised firm ranked among the top 10 audit networks worldwide—serves as our auditor. Effective from April 2024, we have implemented a new policy of presenting monthly reports detailing our total income and expenditure, categorised by designated purposes for the PDMSh.
