This year, our large PDMSh family marked the Day of the Medical Worker with a heavy heart. The severe injury of our comrade and friend “Polyak” has been a deep pain for each of us.

Today, Ukraine celebrates Medical Workers’ Day — a day to honor those who stand daily between life and death, pain and hope. A day for those who’ve taken on the hardest mission — to save others.

Just recently, PDMSh volunteer medics provided care to their 50,000th patient since the beginning of the full-scale war. That number is truly significant. Roughly one in every ten wounded defenders has received care from our volunteer medics.

Thanks to your support, the second PDMSh medical evacuation Humvee has been equipped with an electronic warfare (EW) system to protect it from enemy drones. This allows us to evacuate the wounded from the front line even more effectively and save the lives of both crew members and patients. Your help makes the front safer!
