Effective Implementation of ERP for PDMSh
The implementation of the ERP system has not only automated resource accounting for PDMSh but also enhanced transparency and manageability of operations. By adapting the system to complex logistics conditions and integrating it with volunteer projects, PDMSh can operate more effectively in wartime conditions and ensure more accurate resource allocation, while optimizing its activities and providing medical care at the front with minimal loss of resources and time.

PDMSh Revenues and Expenditures in September 2024
In September 2024, PDMSh total revenue amounted to UAH 2.5 million, which is 39% more compared to August when we received UAH 1.8 million. Most of the revenue in September (71.5%) again came from hryvnias, but the share of foreign currency revenue significantly increased to 28.5% (in August, it was only 1.7%), indicating the activation of support from foreign partners. We sincerely thank the global community that supports PDMSh and does not forget about our struggle!

In September, PDMSh provided assistance to nearly 1,500 wounded
In the first month of autumn 2024, Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital (PDMSh) medics treated 1,433 wounded individuals. Unlike August, when nearly 1,000 out of over 2,000 PDMSh patients sought help for non-injury-related health issues, September saw all cases related to injuries—primarily affecting Ukraine's defenders.

“How They Save Our Warriors’ Lives!” — A New Video on PDMSh
This week, the morning program “Wake Up!” on the “We Are Ukraine +” TV channel featured a report on the Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital (PDMSh) titled “How They Save Our Warriors’ Lives!” Logistics specialist Mykola Pichuhin, anesthesiologist Maria, and PDMSh President Gennadiy Druzenko discussed the principles guiding the volunteer hospital’s operations. They shared insights on how they recruit civilian doctors who choose to leave their vacations behind to serve at the front lines, spending a month in places like Lyman or Sloviansk. The report also highlighted the resources and equipment used to save the lives of Ukraine’s defenders.

PDMSh Revenues and Expenditures in August 2024
This summer was scorching hot in terms of weather and the situation on the front lines. Constant explosions, some very close, an endless flow of wounded, and the heat only made the conditions more difficult. PDMSh volunteers worked every day and often at night as well. The PDMSh support teams continued their active work to ensure uninterrupted operations on the front. As the month came to an end, it’s time for our traditional monthly report on income and expenses.

A PDMSh Veteran Receives a High State Award
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 513/20243, titled “On Awarding State Awards of Ukraine on the Occasion of Independence Day,” Iryna Babych, a nurse at Kobelyaky City Hospital in Poltava Oblast and a veteran of the Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital (PDMSh), has been honored with the Medal for Lifesaving. We sincerely congratulate Iryna on this well-deserved recognition!

PDMSh at war: over 40,000 patients in 30 months of the Great War
Every day, Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital (PDMSh) volunteers medics provide urgent medical care to wounded soldiers and civilians on the front lines. They are ready to sacrifice their time, energy, and sometimes even their lives to save others. For thirty months of this brutal war, we haven't stopped for a moment, helping everyone in need — from severely wounded patients to those with somatic illnesses who also require qualified medical assistance.

PDMSh Financial Report for July 2024
In July 2024, the total amount of funds received by @pdmsh_medbat was UAH 2.59 million, of which 64.6% were in Ukrainian hryvnias, and 35.4% were in foreign currencies. However, to cover all expenses for the month, including critically important projects, we had to use UAH 5.97 million from our reserves.
