This is a voluntary public association created to represent, protect the rights and legitimate interests of PDMSh volunteers and veterans.
Our goal is to represent and protect the rights and freedoms, as well as the social, economic, cultural and other interests of PDMSh volunteers and veterans.
One of the key missions of the NGO is to represent and defend the rights and legitimate interests of PDMSh volunteers and veterans. This includes both ongoing protection and systematic work with state bodies, partners, and other institutions.
The NGO is working to ensure that the contribution of PDMSh volunteers is properly recognized at the state level. Among our key tasks is to seek to grant PDMSh volunteers the status of combat participant, as well as appropriate benefits and social guarantees on a par with veterans of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
The NGO was created to unite PDMSh volunteers and veterans into a community that has a voice, a connection between them, and a common point of support.
We preserve our history. We work to ensure that the experience gained over the years is beneficial now: we develop new initiatives, partnerships, and projects that strengthen the community and allow it to move forward.

This is a public organization, which unites current PDMSh volunteers and veterans. The main focus is to support them, represent their interests, protect their rights, and advocate for granting them a combatant status.
Members can be active volunteers and veterans of the PDMSh who participated in the activities or contributed to its work. To join, you must submit an application on the website, indicating your details, the period of participation in the PDMSh rotations and your position. The initial membership fee is 500 UAH, and subsequently - 100 UAH per month. After submitting the application and its consideration by the board, the candidate receives confirmation of admission.
Gennady Druzenko became the chairman of the organization's board, and Galina Almazova became the executive director. The first reception of new members of the organization symbolically took place on Ukrainian Volunteer Day - March 14, 2026.
