Like a living organism, to function normally, any system must be adequate: have all necessary elements in their proper places and properly interacting. The war in Donbas and the occupation of a part of Donetsk and Luhabsk Oblasts' territory disturbed the normal functioning of the region's all systems – economic, social, medical etc. This is to the full extent true with respect to such a complicated system as mental health care. A new project of the Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital aims at helping to improve the situation in this area. Because it was said: cura te ipsum.
