Today, on the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer, we want to congratulate everyone who is part of this path — those who once chose it and those who continue walking it today. Those who defend, rescue, help, and together fight for the future of our country.
And on this very day, we have important news for us. We have officially registered the NGO “PDMSh named after Mykola Pyrohov” — an organization that will unite PDMSh volunteers and veterans, representing and advocating for their interests.
Among our key goals is to achieve official combatant status for PDMSh volunteers, as well as equal benefits and social guarantees alongside veterans of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. For many years we have worked side by side, defending Ukraine together.
The Chairman of the Board of the organization is Hennadii Druzenko, and the Executive Director is Halyna Almazova. The first admission of new members will symbolically take place today — on the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer.
We are sincerely glad to welcome every veteran and active PDMSh volunteer to this community. Because it is about people who have stood together for many years and continue doing their work where it is needed most.
